My Journey

Where It All Began
My journey began with a simple intention — to help women discover their strength through movement and balanced nutrition. Over time, I saw how powerful strength training, mindful eating, and balance can be when they are approached with joy rather than pressure or restriction.
This inspired me to create a space where women can build confidence, understand their bodies better, and follow routines that feel realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable — no matter their age or starting point.
Finding My Purpose
Through my own experiences, I learned the importance of balanced eating, structured workouts, and mindset shifts. These practices helped me feel stronger, healthier, and more confident — and I knew I wanted to guide other women toward the same transformation.
This is where Strength & Spoon was born — with the purpose of helping women build strong bodies and peaceful minds without extremes.
Becoming a Coach
I invested years into learning, certifications, and hands-on coaching because I wanted women to feel supported no matter their age or starting point. Today, my approach combines fitness, balanced nutrition, and mindset work — helping women reconnect with their bodies and feel strong and confident again.
